How to report
Send an email to hello@petgamestudio.com that includes:
- Your name and how to reach you.
- What work of yours has been copied, with a link or a copy if you can.
- Where it appears on the platform, with a link.
- A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use is not authorized by you, your agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the work or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your signature. Typing your full name is enough.
What happens next
- We review the report and, where it is valid, remove or disable the material.
- We tell the person who posted it, and share your notice with them.
- They can send a counter-notice if they believe the removal was a mistake.
- Accounts that repeatedly infringe are closed.
If your content was removed
If you believe material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to hello@petgamestudio.com that includes:
- Your name and how to reach you.
- What was removed and where it appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you accept the jurisdiction of the courts where you live, and that you will accept service from the person who filed the original notice.
- Your signature. Typing your full name is enough.
